Hello…… I am Supria….As said in my introduction my passion is Crochet. My Mom had this passion for lace, and when we travelled in Europe she would always go and ferret out old lace makers in Spain and France and buy lovely lace from them….I adored her collection…but never thought that I would actually be able to make something that exquisite.
Once I became an empty nester, I needed to do something for myself. you know how it is…the home and hearth..becomes silent and neat..too neat….I missed my son…and my darling Hubby insisted on me doing something that I loved….So I took up crochet full time…:-))
Happy days!! Soon, I felt the need for an audience and so launched my FB page…Crochet & More….I had this great notion that since I am adept at embroidery and sketching……My page would be full of all the stuff that I did…..As you can see….Crochet leaves me time for nothing but the name remains…perhaps …one day.
While working on my page, I started meeting many crafters and then the next step was ..I need a group…so I now administer a group of 2200 and odd crazy, zany, multifaceted…beautiful crocheters…The group is called Passionate Abt Crochet.
And now…here is my blog…..the places a passion can take you to are unimaginable…and the people you meet on the way are incredible….Happy to be here..Happy that you are here…:-))
